How far ahead should we start planning?
The earlier the better, especially for larger shows, since good venues book up. Smaller events can come together faster. Tell us your dates and we'll let you know what's realistic.
Can you help with just part of our event?
Yes. Some clients hand us the whole show. Others need help with the venue, exhibitor bookings or running the day itself. We'll fit around what you already have.
How do you price an exhibition?
Every event is different, so we quote based on size, venue, length and how much you want us to handle. You'll get a written proposal with costs laid out before you commit.
Do you handle exhibitor bookings and questions?
We can. We prepare exhibitor information, manage stand bookings, answer questions and send out move-in schedules so exhibitors know exactly what to expect.
Can you help us find a venue?
Yes. We look at your audience, budget and dates, suggest suitable venues and can join you on site visits to check the space before you book.
Will you be there on the day?
